Every year the Stowe Mountain Resort (SMR) provides dozens of high resolution images for editorial usage. The photographs are the property of SMR. SMR reserves the right to make these images available for editorial applications to any publication requesting their use. The pictures may not be used for commercial purposes of any kind.They may not be placed on items intended for resale. They may not be altered in any way without the consent of SMR and the photographer. They should carry a caption "Photographed at Stowe Mountain Resort, Vermont" and a credit for the photographer. For example "Photo - Landewehrle Studio 2001" or "Photo - Chuck Waskuch 2000".
The download versions of these images are compressed as RGB JPEG files, saved at 72dpi (web) or 300dpi (print). They can be downloaded by clicking on the hypertext link below the thumbnail version or clicking on the thumbnail image itself. Once the image is completely downloaded to your desktop, you may right click your mouse to save image to your hard drive. Mac users, click and hold to save image to hard drive. Or you may use the "File", "Save As" option.
